Marnesha RI picked up an extremely Dirty U-Haul, full of wet heavy trash and no dolley. The dolley was guaranteed even after I called to confirm this would be available by the location. The mileage odometer was inaccurate so they were trying to charge me for over 150 more miles when I only used it for 16 miles. When moving you hope this process would go as smooth as possible. Instead I spent an additional 25 minutes clearing out the heavy trash, and cleaning up what the U-Haul employees left for me to clean up. Not to mention I still had to pay full price even after all the inconveniences that occurred.
Jalyssa RThey did relay to anyone that they did.not open until 10 when our reservation was for 8 so we spent 2 hours on the phone and driving around trying to find another truck. I finally reached Justin at Top class at 9:30 by phone and he said he was there so we drove back to find it locked. He finally showed up at 10:15.

DAVID SWe were called last minute with an offer to pick up in the next town over. We were told it was 5 miles from our original pick up. It was 10! The workers were not there at all me and some other customers had to wait. Idk if U-Haul did not notify him or what but we all waited 30+ min. Got the U-Haul that was not a full tank and disgusting with food and what looked like dog hair. We go straight from that pickup to our house in the original pickup town. Load and go straight to our new apartment. The gas station literally was on the corner of our apartment and on the way towards drop off. Literally no where else! then we go to drop off and get told we went over our miles! How!?

MICHAEL BRented a 10' truck. There was some dog food or something on the floorboards of the cabin. The vehicle itself doesn't *sound* good when it's running. When I press the breaks there's some very concerning sounds from it. Not to mention the fuel gauge fluctuates dramatics up and down, so it's hard to tell when where it actually is - same thing with the range. Also there were two dollies (which I did not request), one of them broken. So not only could I not use one of them, but they were both just a waste of space in the truck. Also pro-tip for anyone taking a long trip and wants to listen to their music: make sure to bring an AUX cord because the Bluetooth in the truck I got doesn't work, and I don't know if this is with other trucks.

Lola WGas cover was a bit loose and would get the occasional alert for that, but the truck overall was good enough. Service was very solid. Website booking needs some work, as it changed my booking time without me approving so (actual employees fixed that issue).
