The location was great for my needs but the Uhaul experience of checking out with taking the pictures was awful. It took me taking about 5 pictures of each position on the truck that was required before the pics were accepted and I could finalize the drop-off. It took me about 30-40 minutes to drop go through the process. And this was after a long day of moving! I will never rent a Ihaul like this again. There is something to say about actually working with a human when it comes to customer service! Also, I requested a closer pick up site but they called me one day before and told me that my size of truck that I requested wasn't available at the site I wanted. So, with only a day's notice, I had to drive to a further location to pick up the truck. I may rent a truck somewhere else from now on.

Gary SThe trucks need regular inspections by qualified techs. The steering and I know it’s a big truck I’ve driven a bunch, needs work. It’s out of alignment and has quite a bit of play. Engine seems healthy and strong, ride was decent. Check engine light more than likely caused by a bad fuel cap, which also had its own light on. I tried refitting the cap several times and it didn’t help. Also a vacuum leak with the HVAC, driving up hills having to apply more throttle the ventilation system would go from face vents to floor. Once at normal throttle on flat ground it would get enough vacuum in the system to move the mode doors back to face. Other than that I have no other complaints.
CHRISTOPHER CMake sure the lock box actually works to pick up the key after hours. We were there close to an hour trying to get the key and then had to use the huge truck that we didn't even need.
Ian GI reserved a appliance dolly that was not provided. Had a hard tim3 getting the key. Drop off was a circus. Walked to the counter was told to just give the key to the poor worker cleaning the trucks and he would check it in. I will stay clear of uhal and make sure I let everyone I know about my extremely sub par service. Also cost me $300 to get a dolly to do the work that my reservation was supposed to take care of.
Damon MUhaul changed location and time from 8:30 to 9:30. Got to new location no one knew what’s going on. A lady had to come to location. Could not find key. A hour behind. The driver side wiper blade was broken. It was raining and snowing. Not good
