No employee on site and it made it difficult to find the truck as it was not in the parking at the front and there was no indication. The self-service app didn't gave me the code for the lock box. I had to call someone 2 times to be able to get it. It took me more than 1/2 an hour to be able to leave with the truck

Self checkout app not working. Padlock was frozen. Truck was completely covered in snow/ice (it hadn't snow the previous night). Had to scrape for a good 1/2 hour. No snow brush in the truck. Tailgate and padlock were completely frozen, had to run around looking for hot water to unfreeze the tailgate.
christian dClearer instructions, not having the keys on one side of the building, and the vehicles on the other, forcing us to walk back and forth to confirm the vehicle, then get the keys, then walk back. The app didn't work well, I was unable to upload photos, and the registration onsite had the driver enter their information twice at different steps. Process is easy, but could be streamlined.
