YOANN ALike most uhauls I've driven, the front end is very loose and out of alignment. This 20-foot truck used a lot of gas (at least 30 litres per 100km). Also annoying how tank was 5/8 full and you have to return it 5/8 full...should just be full / full!

Jacques CWhen we arrived to leave the truck at the location the evening before it was due, everything was locked. We had to park the truck next to the locked gate. The key drop off box on the other side of the gate was the only indication that we were at a Uhaul location (not one other truck or notice board on the whole property). It was very confusing and stressful. I could not leave a voicemail at the location either to say we had left the truck.

louis hSudden price change upon arrival at the location. ( 60$+tx to 120$+tx for 2 day with a 6x12 trailer ) Trailer wiring was visibly damaged ( 3 prong broken on the connector - pretty easy to see if you inspect the trailer ) Not able to drop off the trailer outside of the opening hour ( unlike what we where told on the phone when we confirmer the reservation ) so we were obligated to return the trailer between 7am and 8am on a monday morning...
Simon LLorsque que j’ai arrimé la remorque sur mon véhicule, la connexion de fils était endommagée et les feux de jours ne fonctionnaient pas. Ils faudrait que vos mécaniciens mobiles qui se déplacent pour faire l’entretien des remorques, prennent deux minutes pour vérifier la connexion de fils. On m’a informé que le mécanicien avait passé la semaine dernière pour changer des pneus sur cette même remorque, et visiblement, il n’avait pas vérifié la connexion de fils. Sinon, tout était parfait! Merci à l’équipe de Top Location pour ses trucs et astuces, et merci à U-Haul.

Vronique TLa remorque a dû être déneigée et attachée au camion par le locateur par contre l'équipement était à l'intérieur! Je trouve ordinaire que la personne qui nous répond et fait la réservation pour nous ne nous avise pas pour les frais d'assurance!

Helene LIls ont facturé un 10$ pour la couverture sans mon autorisation. Quand j'ai réservé en ligne j'avais spécifié ne pas vouloir l'assurance. Ils ne m'ont pas donné de reçu à la fermeture du dossier. Il y a clairement un petit manque de professionalisme à cette endroit.

Emmanuel LI was promised that I will get Van in Montreal City but at the last hour was to told to pick up van from Granby which is / was 90 plus kilometer away from Montreal. What a bad commitment!!
BILAL KMon commentaire n’est pas à propos du site mais plutôt du fais j’ai pas eu l’appel de confirmation comme prévu j’ai donc dû téléphoné chez uhaul et passer 1h15 en attente au téléphone avant d’avoir ma confirmation… 1h15 d’attente au téléphone c’est assez abusif et désagréable …
