The truck was dirty in the cabin and the box yet I had to return it clean!! My pick up was supposed to be at 4 I wasn't able to pick up my original reservation and had to cancel it because the uhaul employee was not there and the website was not letting me add protection! This is by far the worst experience I have had with Uhaul
