I had a good experience and Cole was great. I was bummed that there wasn't a appliance cart which I had specified with my rental. Hopefully this location gets one in the future. Regardless I would go back and recommend this Uhaul rental location in Rice, Mn.

Have the actual rental trailer uncovered from snow, uncovered, accessible, and not the back door froze shut.
