I received a call the day before stating I could pick up the vehicle at 9am. I arrived at 9am and had to wait approximately 10 - 15 minutes along with at least 5 other customers for the owner to show up. None of my info was in the system despite me having provided all details over a week ago (albeit to another location in Manahawkin). Nevertheless after 15-20 minutes they were able to enter the info and i was on my way. The vehicle itself was perfectly fine and worked perfectly for our job.

Van was in excellent condition, clean and comfortable to drive. Brought dinghy inflatable down to my boat. Service person was very personable and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Well done!

I got charged for furniture pads and this location did not provide them they were closed for the entire weekend so there was no way to address it when I picked up the truck.

Pick up took a little longer than hoped, since full on line registration was completed ahead of time. Otherwise the service was fine

Thank you. Everything went smoothly all except a little problem with the App. My pickup was for a Sunday and I called the service number in which the gentlemen was a big help. Still in all I would definitely recommend to others.

The truck I rented had sloppy steering and it was really loud upon acceleration. I didn’t have that far to go between houses so it worked out okay. Even though the truck wasn’t perfect, it was a god send because a tropical storm moved in on the only / days I had to give. I started trying to move stuff with my personal pickup truck and trailer but everything was getting wet. The 20 foot moving truck kept everything nice and dry and I could stack stuff up without having to strap it down. So overall I was very happy

My reservation was moved from the Manahawkin location to Top Techs. No one bothered to tell me that the Top Techs store would not be open. I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to finalize the transaction and get the code and key so we could get on with our day. Also, the furniture cloths were not in the truck so we had to drive to the Manahawkin location to pick up the cloths. I was not happy on the time spent to rent this truck. Not only was it time consuming to complete the online information but an additional amount of time trying to get the truck and then going to another location to get the cloths. Not a happy customer.

Open Saturdays would help. Had to cancel previous UHaul rental on a Saturday, 6/3, never received confirmation # and shop closed! so couldn’t rent van to move. Had to borrow truck from friend! Blair Harrington/Greg Nass

Dropped my rental off before the drop off time since I no longer needed it. 3 days later I get a call from Uhaul corporate asking me why I haven't returned the truck, when I explained to them I dropped it off at 8pm the same day I picked it up, they said okay we will reach out this location didn't check it in with us. I almost got charged a stupid amount of fees because this location didn't do it's job.
