The check-in and checkout process is entirely too long. It literally took us 30 minutes to check in and another 20 minutes to check out.

The the truck was really dirty and even though it’s used for moving, cleanness should be maintained. There were no visible garbage but the floor was dirty, my boxes were covered in grime/dust after the move.
SHALEAH RNo one to meet us despite choosing in person pickup. No one answered the phone. Imber on the door. Furniture pads were not in the U-Haul. Finally did a self pickup after calling U-Haul a couple times.
