the bill is completely wrong and items are added that I did not use. I will call and take care of this. I normally get my truck from the other Missouri street location but they did not have the equipment. I went to the other location on Missouri and this is a JOKE!!! Look at how many times I have rented from you people so that I can spend my time fighting this billing... Lots of other options in town to rent trucks.
Charles TI had to attach the equipment myself, the rep didn't know how. The office for this repair shop was one of the dirtiest places i've ever been in. The trailer was dirty and smelled like fuel/ grease. The lady was very kind but this was the worst uhaul experience i have ever had
DAVID VNo room to turn my pickup around. Had to move a double axle trailer 360deg to hitch up. Returning I had to drive onto grass so I could drop off.
