As I said before, it is most despicable, the most disgraceful horrible renting transaction I’ve ever had with U-Haul and not read it from U-Haul for the last 15 years I thought that they were always first class always understandable but the Redwood City and the Atwater was just simply horrific and I mean this in the most negative way possible you should never allow third parties to be part of your company that stood for dignity. They stood for professionalism that stood for courtesy. My windows wasn’t even clean. They were dirty filthy just horrible Redwood City. I was told things that never manifested themselves. There was a huge dispute against what was said what was done was told I would receive a phone call in three days never did when I did call up I had to go through five people that transferred me that never let me know. I was being transferred anytime I had to replaying the entire situation over and over just on despicable, just terrible and I mean it in the worst possible way you can imagine and whatever it is in my the contents of my words are saying you can multiply that by 10 and that’s probably still not enough of what I mean and I bet you’ll do nothing and I’m going to write and I’m going to report and I am going to let it be known that U-Haul is doing this kind of business and they don’t need to because they have always stood for professionalism, but everybody’s out to make a dollar now and no one cares about the customer. The consumer people have power to make companies either do business correctly or don’t do business with them at all. We settle for what we settle for, but not me. I do what I’m supposed to do. I’ll bring the truck back clean. I’m there where I’m supposed to be. I fill it up where we’re supposed to be filled up at I pay my money and I get treated with unprofessionalism. You gotta be ashamed of yourself and whoever is running it if you give out franchises, I don’t know how you do it, but whatever you do you are the worst CEO to allow something like this to take place a both places look like junk junkyards I’ll never rent from either of those two places again and if I don’t get a respond on this that gives me satisfaction and shows me that they care about my business. I’ll never read from you all again.

Rita RNever, ever! Everything was super difficult! So many surprises! This was the first time I tried and I am sure it will be the last! Super tiring, stressfull, unnecessary, not cheap situation! It was a bad experience I will never try again. There was no one there to help me with the unload my car from the trailer even it was suggested by Uhaul at the original location! I was stuck with a truck and trailer middle of nowhere! Someone was supposed to be there! not safe place to leave the car!
Cigdem KNo one was in the office. Had to knock on trailer doors to find someone. I give credit to an attendant who came from another location about 15 minutes after scheduled pick up time. He was very helpful.
