You can have your customers trucks, they ordered weeks ahead, in the location they requested pick up. I have never been so disappointed in a copy than U-Haul. I requested a 26 ft truck 2 weeks ago to be picked up in Eufaula. I get a text on Tuesday the truck will be in Ft Gaines. Then I get to Ft Gaines and the 26 ft never showed up. I had to settle for a 15 because that is all they had and I had to move my son on Saturday to Atlanta. If I can avoid ever using your company again you can bet I will not be a return customer and will not ever recommend your trucks. Your reps tried so hard to help all they could, but your company does a terrible job supporting them.

Train your employees on how to rent equipment. Don't over charge the customer. And if you say you will return a call to resolve a dispute, return the call.

He asked her if anyone in her family had rented a UHaul recently and I had so HE (NOT MY MOTHER) PUT IT IN MY NAME. MY MOTHER IS 72 YEARS OLD AND BECAUSE SHE KEPT THE TRUCK TOO LONG I AM BEING SENT TEXTS AND EMAILS WHEN I WASNT EVEN THERE. THE OWNER WAS THE ONE WHO TALKED MY MOTHER INTO PUTTING IT IN MY NAME TO SAVE HIM SOME TIME. I AM FURIOUS AND WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE PERSON WHO ALLOWED THIS TO HAPPEN IF MY NAME IS NOT REMOVED FEOM THIS CONTRACT. TOUCH OF BLOSSOMS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO RENT OUT UHAULS IF THEIR POLICY INCLUDES LETTING PPL RENT UHAULS IN OTHER PPL'S NAMES.

Y'all charged me $35 for gas when I brought back MORE than I left with. The whole experience SUCKED and y'all gave me a $7 credit. That is ridiculous. You need to call me at 205.303.0106 and make this right or I am going to trash Uhaul for the rest of my life. If this is the way you do business with someone that has always used your company that is PATHETIC. I will NEVER recommend or use Uhaul again if this is not corrected by tomorrow.
