SABRINA LThe pickup was smooth and the gentleman at the counter who processed my vehicle pickup was patient & kind. While the vehicle wasn’t clean and the front bumper was hanging off, most vehicles this company offers aren’t clean unless rented through an official U-Haul location. My main issue is that the rental was reported “returned late” as I received an email and phone call about it the next day, when I returned the truck the same day just past 9pm. Second to that, there was an attempted charge on my account by U-Haul for $80+. No idea or clarification on why that occurred or what for. So while pickup and use of the truck was satisfactory, everything after drop off spoiled my experience a bit.
RARE WI was billed incorrectly for 100 miles, when my trip was less than 20 miles overall. Distance to the facility was 3.2 miles x 4 = 12.8 miles. I'll give 20 miles overall, yet I received receipt showing 100 miles.

KIMANI DI just wish that you could get money back and it wasn’t so high and I did put more gas in I wish that would be considered I have gotten u-hauls before in the pass it has changed a lot but the person who I rented the U-Haul from was very professional was very consistent and very considerate thumbs up.

Adam SMy initial reservation was for a different location, the Chevron at Kelly Rd, in McDonough GA which was 5 min from my house. When I arrived, there was no truck available although I had a reservation. I called and they referred me to the Tough Tires location which was another 15 miles away from the location I was moving from. Upon arrival at the tough tires location there were questions as to whether I could take the truck One Way or not. They eventually approved but no moving blankets were available as I had requested and the entire situation along with traffic put me three hours behind schedule.

Fnu AI reserved a dolly a week in advance shopping with the truck and when I arrived this morning there was no dolly available and I had to go to Home Depot to rent one for $35. I want to be reimbursed because I should have been told that in the beginning but I wasn’t and that pushed me an hour behind schedule.
Vyckiya PAaron (Supervisor), was very professional. I was concerned about my reservation/rental and he took the time to explain my Invoice/charges to me until I had a clear understanding. Although it was at a satellite dealer he totally focused on my situation, and never detoured away from my transaction. He is truly an asset to Uhaul.

TRAVIS MI requested and was charged a $7 utility dolley but that piece of equipment was not on the truck. I was pressed for time, so I didn't ask te dolley after checking the truck. Charlie FOwner never at shop . Had to wait for service. Returned truck. Owner not there. Received final receipt. Then billed additional $37.46 the next day without notification. Called owner , not at shop. Had to wait while worker called owner. I stated to worker that this constitutes fraud. I was not notified to approve additional charges. I have a picture of odometer reading. I want a refund due to unprofessional service. I will never go to this place again.
