This location is the worst experience I have ever had. I was cussed out, and my car was locked in a impound lot and I was left sitting with no vehicle after turning in my key at 3:30 in the morning and trying to walk over to my car, only to realize it was locked up. After the location made me move my car to the specific spot that it was parked assuring me the gate would not be locked. They were well aware. I was returning the truck after the load was complete that night. I was on the phone with U-Haul emergency and was stuck in a parking lot by myself with no way to leave until 4:45 in the morning when I was able to fish the key back out of the box and had to drive the truck all the way back home getting to bed at 5:38 in the morning. Then I was charged for the additional mileage and the gas that had already been topped off when I had returned the truck at 3:15 in the morning. Then I was threatened the next afternoon if the truck wasn’t back on time, they were locking my car up until Monday and I was casted out F bomb called a bitch and a Karen until I finally just hung up on her and called U-Haul. When I picked up the truck and got to the storage unit and opened it, Water came pouring out of the back where somebody had hosed it out and left the water inside and someone had spilled something brown all over the back that was dried. Clearly, they had tried to flush it out. I called the location to let them know 10 minutes after I left with the truck. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. I was told I am blacklisted with U-Haul between the woman at the location and Roger the area manager. All because I made a complaint in the middle of the night against both of them because I could not get my car out and the location had been changed and nobody notified me because the area manager got in an argument with the location that I was confirmed at. Had I not called the original location, O’Brien’s, I wouldn’t have even known that Roger had closed them down. This rental has ended up costing me over $100 and there’s absolutely no reason for that.

Difficult access. Attendant was very friendly and professional, but did not know how to connect the trailer and lighting. I did so didn’t really affect me but may be a problem for someone who’s never connected to a hitch and lighting before.
