Cargo trailer was extremely dirty both inside and out. There was standing water in the front of the trailer until the trailer tougue was raised and the water drained out. The outside had what looked like algae covering the entire back of the trailer including the roll up door. It appeared that neither the exterior nor the interior had been cleaned in a very long time. The technician was apologetic but this was the only trailer he had at this location so I accepted it knowing I would have to clean the interior before I could use it.
