Poor to no service at all. Had me wait for than an hour outside the office while it’s 112 degrees with my kids.

When reserving the U-Haul, I wasn’t aware that there would be no one present to check in with. It was also frustrating to see a sign on the door that U-haul pickups were scheduled and appointments must be made in advanced. When calling the phone number posted on the door, for support with pick up. We were directed to call the u-haul 1-800 number. They did not seem interested with supporting us at all. Moving is stressful enough without adding to locks not opening easily, having to move a 20 ft. Truck which was parked next to chain link fence off of a side walk, with a fire hydrant on the corner. Thankfully, my husband stayed back and didn’t just drop me off and was able to stop traffic and help guide me so I didn’t hit anything or anyone.

Their business hours states open till 5pm but no one was there and says someone can be there by appointment. What’s the point of having business hours when no one is there. Guy shows up asks for the keys with attitude. Asked him for a final receipt and he said he doesn’t do that. I had no help returning or finalizing the drop off until I figured it out on my own while the guy they sent was so rude. He tried to justify all of his attitude by stating he’s not getting paid for that. I will be looking for other truck or companies going forward. Absolute disgrace of customer service and no human empathy.

Two of the tires needed replacement, called in and R&R towing came out to Borrego Springs and replaced tires. On reaching Calgary the selected drop off point could not accept trailers and sent me to a larger location. The new location did not record the drop off at delivery. This was sorted out later

No one at the location. Communication only by phone and keys left in truck. Would have been useful having someone there to go over a few things

They were not there on time….did not give good instructions….did not know how to adjust the mirrors when asked…. Not friendly and personal….would not use again!!
