The truck was great. Working with the owners' reps in Jasper was easy and fast. I spent 45 minutes with the 27/7 help line to get the keys out of the back of the truck. Turns out the App does not work when there is no lockbox to scan. I had to log in to the website using my phone. Then the 27/7 help line rep had to call my wife to verify me, even though they had my number and pictures of my DL and my face. My wife was taking her shower. Other than that, everything else was great. I just hope the next time I use this location, they fix the app and that they do not need to call another person, since most people will not answer a strange call anymore. Or they may not be able to answer the phone.

I didn't know that they rent U-Haul until yesterday since I live two counties away, but I can promise that I'll never go anywhere else from now on.

toshio sI turned the equipment in early, texted a pic to the Uhaul number that had texted me to verify the license plate when I picked it up, and called the location and left a vm that it was turned in early. Called the next day to verify they saw it and left a vm asking them to call with the new total. I did not get a call back, instead I got an email receipt for the original rental period without it being reduced for the early turn in. Very poor customer service, would not recommend.

The WORST was your Customer Scheduling Department. The people there have put their brains and focus to assist customers in the "OFF" position. I am letting my credit card provider resolve this joke.
