Was charged $35 on top of a fuel charge of $6 and change. After trying to dispute it. I have received 0 response on email and 0 help from anyone to dispute my charges. After calling â€˜U-Haul Traffic' the employee said she could not help me dispute it and that she would have a manager contact me between 24 and 48 hours. Still have received no reply and cannot get a hold of customer service. I've used U-Haul for years and I've seen this happen before but ignored it because I liked the company. This is unacceptable to charge $35 on top of $6 and change for the agreed fuel price per mile. In addition the U-Haul traffic employee said that I was charged because I brought back the tank at 7/8ths not 5/8ths when I picked it up. 7/8ths. Is more than 5/8ths. I understand there is the principle of getting it back exactly. But I brought I back with more gas than when I picked it up and you guys want to charge me EVEN more money. UnacceptableMaxwell F.
I am completely disgusted with uhaul and the fact that I had to check in and out online when I rented a truck.., I had to share my location online with uhaul on my phone and take multiple pictures of the van to upload instead of just having an employee do a job and come and look at the truck itself!!! I am 74 years old and had to figure all that out!! Or pay an additional fee to be helped??? You should be ashamed of yourselves! I will never rent from uhaul again and make sure everyone I know never doesâ€¦. So much for customer serviceâ€¦ what an absolute joke!!!! Gee, maybe I should have had to wash it thoroughly too before I returned itâ€¦ ridiculous! The U-Haul stunk so very bad, smelled like rotten food. The brakes need to be looked at and the truck leaped when trying to brake. Back door would not latch. It's not a smooth transaction when returning after hours ..it took me almost an hour to do the return.EILEEN M.

The representative was very helpful, but your check in process and check out process is idiotic and it's not favorable for the customer as you don't know what your charges are going to be until you get emailed. Also I think it's idiotic that I show up at a location and have to use my smart phone to process the order while the clerk is sitting in front of me with a computer in front of him, why am I doing the work of a clerk ? I am the customer I should only have to provide the information needed to the clerk not put it on my phone while I'm sitting in front of the clerk. You should review this policy, what is the point of having a contact person if I do all the work myself on my cell phone.PATRICK CHARLES D.

When I arrived Towne Storage on Buffalo at 9AM a man stared at me with an annoyed look and in a very rude tone asked... Can I help you? I explained that I had a reservation for 9am to rent a truck. He then very rudely said I just got to work so I need a few minutes and my truck isn't even here yet. I will never pick up from this location again. Luckily when I dropped the truck off at 1pm there was an extremely nice employee who worked for uhaul. I have never been treated so poorly before this.Heather G.

Hello, While my experience for Res #24166691 time was great I unfortunately didnt get the vehicle as guaranteed on the website for my first reservation 24142853. I was sent to a different location and their vehicle had a problem so for my first reservation 24142853 was cancelled and i had to change all my plans and made a second reservation 24166691. There is no communication at all. I thought I was paying for a day. I paid $53 for only 3 hours. It's almost impossible to move heavy furniture in a uhaul in under 3 hours. They also kept harassing me after I turned in the keys for it saying they haven't gotten the keys, when I handed the keys over to the front desk. I will never be using you again.BRIANNA LEIGH H.
