We contacted this location and they were so great and friendly. We were part of a Make-A-Wish event for a Halloween Drive-through event for terminal terminally sick children and their families. We had contacted this location and asked if U-Haul would be willing to donate the cost for this service. Make a wish operates primarily on donations. Is this something Uhaul could help with?

I am not sure. It the mobile check in was awful. It took 30 minutes to be validated and to get the key. I am not sure if this is a location issue or overall issue with mobile pick up. I have never used it before and never will again. This was due to pick up being on a Sunday.

The truck had soda all over the seats, there was grease on the passenger seat, you couldn't see out the windshield and there was no washer fluid in the truck. I spent the first 30 minutes getting the truck clean enough to use. The truck itself was great, had plenty of power, cruise control worked, it downshifts automatically to help you slow down on hills or stopping and really enjoyed the low ramp to load it with.

I go out of my way to use this U-Haul location. They treat you like a valued customer and the equipment and supplies are clean and priced as shown on the U-Haul website. Don't go to the U-Haul dealer on Redwood Rd. in South Jordan, they rip you off and don't care about you as a customer.

My comment is not about the Herriman location; it is about the Oquirrh Mountain location in West Jordan. In August I rented a truck and a car carrier. It was a painful experience. The woment there, especially the senior one,seemed scater-brained and not particularly competent. Compared to the Herriman location, it was a long, convoluted process to get all the paper work finished.at West Jordan. I would avoid doing ;business at the West Jordan location in the future. It was simply disorganized.

The truck was filled back up to the full amount and they still charged me 30 bucks. I was under mileage too, such a scam.

I was told the truck had 3/4 tank of gas When I picked it up but it was shy of 3/4 and I took a picture to prove it. I drove the truck only 45 miles and added $16 of gas to get it up to where it was when I got it. Someone added another $16 to get it to 3/4. I wasn't told this was going to happen. I filled the truck up to where it was when I got it and should not have paid another $16. This location gouged me. I'll not recommend this location.

The extension for UHAUL at this location is not valid so a person has to call the extension for New Storage Rentals for information. Just a slight inconvenience.

Honestly it seemed like the guy at the front desk had no idea what he was doing. I left without a contract in hand saying that he'd get one emailed to me. When I returned he wasn't able to print one off but I did finally get one emailed. I then noticed an email stating I'd returned equipment late which I had not as the required return time was 8am the next day and I returned it around 5:45 the night before. I did however get a final contract email. This was a below average experience. Also took WAY longer than other uhaul rentals I've done in the past.

I ordered and reserved a 26 foot truck. The day I was to pick it up I received a phone call from uhaul stating they did not have any 26 foot trucks available. Strange since I had reserved a 26 foot. I was informed that I would have to take a 20 foot truck or go without. Also the guy stated that I was actually supposed to pick the truck up in Springville Utah which is 60 miles south of where I needed the truck. But luckily he had a spare truck available. This process was a total screwups.

We would like to file a complaint and dispute regarding the charges we are told we still owe. This location was perfect and very polite. They even gave us a refund for having to take a broken truck. Uhaul is the problem. The contract has been paid and nothing extra was charged. I contacted this location and they said they did not add any other charges. This is terrible customer service through uhaul. Very disappointing.

Retire the 17' truck we rented. Ran rough and tires were worn. 154,000 miles and it showed.

I filled up to where the guage indicated I needed to per the contract (7/8 full, which by the way is a ridiculous request) and drove less than 2 blocks from the gas station to the store. The guy told me I was all done, so I left, then he emailed me with a $17 gas charge, without calling me. It was extremely irritating--a phone call would have been more professional--I would have turned around to come back and figure it out with him--I'm wondering if the truck was parked on a slight grade.

I don't remember being told to bring the truck back at the same fuel level that I got it. I drove right past a gas station, so could have easily done it had I known. It cost be at least twice as much as it should have. Otherwise, the lady was great--super friendly and helpful.

Charges on receipt are different than what was actually charged. I was sent an accident report. We were not in an accident. According to the report an accident occurred at 10:30am on 3/2/19. Truck was not being driven at that time.

Unfortunately had a bad experience. I was scheduled to pick up my truck rental at 1 pm. Had to wait until 220 pm because the employee was at lunch. When I got in the truck it made a horribly annoying ringing noise because it said the parking brake was not released. The employee said she called and nothing could be done and that I had to drive it like that. Just awful. Would not recommend
