However, the app/online pick up system is slow, sluggish to load/process even though I had excellent 5G service at pick-up, amd wasted 25 minutes of my time trying to successfully “Pick-up” the U-Haul. The app would NOT upload amy of the “Rear/Front/Driver/Passenger” required photos despite me taking them 6 different times during that process.
