The front end alignment was out on the truck with which made it very difficult to steer especially in winds and the wheels run balanced very shaky vibrating steering wheel

SOOSOO TThere was a left over can and water bottle in the truck but that was literally the only thing I could think of that was eh, but I adored the staff and rental pickup and drop off was easy.

Lisa CI have never rented before and would have appreciated more detailed instructions on confirming condition of the truck, ie taking pictures of it with the odometer and gas readings. I left rental place and drove 21 miles before I realized via text that was what I should've done on site. But it all worked out in the end. Otherwise Towne Storage was neat, clean and conveniently located.

chris mWindshield was full of bug splatters. Please make the small effort to clean the Windshield. Gas was half full for a one way out of town rental. They said that was UHUAL policy. Why put the burden of getting gas on your customer right off the bat? If true, Bad policy! Never got the contract email until I was checking in the truck. Why do I have to give UHAUL my email and phone number multiple time for the same rental? It's in the online file use it to populate your online paperwork! Why make the customer do it over and over again. Dumb. Your people were extremely pleasant to deal with though.

victoria wMake sure the truck is really full of gas. I only drove 14 miles with the truck and it took over 4 gallons to fill it. With gas over $5.00 per gallon, that was a lot to spend for that little driving.
Bradley BOne man operation, away at lunch. I parked the truck, dropped the key in the drop box and went back after the time his sing said he would be back. His response was I’m too busy to check you in, as long as it’s in the same condition as you picked it up , your fine.

Ryan HThe hatch on the door to close was broke I had to use a belt to close the door. Everything in my u-haul was wet because the roof leaked into my stuff because of the rain. I was not happy with my u-haul at all. They told me when I turned in the truck that thear computers were down and they would report the turn inn of the u-haul when the computer was up and running again of all the problems I had. And no one has called me at all. I'm very sad this was alot of money I spent and my u-haul and my stuff was a mess. I have used u-haul always in the past.

Better communication and understanding from field manager. Not make workers at site look bad because they are not given updated information even tho 800 number and field manager know all the updates info. Better accommodations for internal mistakes that put customer at a monetary and stressful loss

Gary AI was difficult to understand why the office computer system would not accept Texas as the state of transfer. It took way too long to get checked in. The employee had to use is cell phone, go back and forth from one another. I'm sure we waited about 30 minutes for him to finally figure it out.

Alvin SI wasn’t a fan of the weekend mileage rate being higher than the weekday. I get charged a dollar a mile that’s like driving a semi truck down the highway seems a little over excessive.
tj HWe returned it at night. The Self-Return procedure did not work. It was after hours so we did not interact with personnel. Evidently the return was processed satisfactorily.
