Reserved a truck online, got there and was told they couldn't rent it because it was reserved for 9am the next day. I had it reserved for that evening only so he finally let me take one (several there) after checking it back in myself online like he said to do and leaving the key in his box I get a 20$ after hours charge. No mention of this to me before and since when does it cost more for me to check myself out. He did nothing upon return and that costs more?!?Elizabeth G.

i was charged a fuel charge that was totally wrong i rented the truck with just less than a half tank and returned it with just over half tank and was charged over $100 extra for fuel and left to call a 800 number and dispute the charge for over an hr whatb a joke!!!!Randy J.

Extremely disappointed in U-Haul's 800 number and customer service. After waiting on the phone for 5-10 minutes the recording of you call will be taken in the order it is received a new recording came on saying time was 52 minutes. Feels like an overly corporate experience. I felt overcharged and the self return process on the phone was clunky, time consuming and frustrating. I will not be using U-Haul again in the future. The price needs to come down 20 to 30% of what I paid and the experience needs to be far more user friendly.MATTHEW H.

Whoever rented this truck before we did must have used it to transfer animals. The smell was strong with stains on the walls. I used bleach to scrub it. I was transporting household items. I wasn't planning on having to scrub an entire 10' truck prior to packing it. I have rented uhauls many times but this was pretty awful in addition to the stress of the move.PATRICIA L.

Ordered a truck and a dozen furniture pads. Arrived to pickup the truck and was informed that no furniture pads are available - despite our reservation. This is the first we were informed of this! We were left with no option but to take the truck and scramble to find blankets and other items to protect out furniture. Just unprofessional in how this was handled. Well the after hour check in was bogus! I couldnt het service on the lot to do the online check in and called the number â€œfor issuesâ€ and was told that there would be no extra charge. I called first thing in the morning and was told i was charged an extra $20 because i didn't do it at the time of return on my phone! My phone wouldn't recognize the location to return the truck! I even put extra gas in the tank! Not happy !!!! Guy i talked to in the morning was Rude as well!!!CHRISTINA C.

The app is terrible. Very confusing. It said I could self checkout the vehicle but that was not the case (which isn't a big deal). It was much easier to talk to the people at the counter and have them explain things to me. I think you either need to make the self check out really slick, easy, and intuitive or have people go to the counter.Brendan B.

The gentleman who helped me out was super nice and outgoing. Was way easy to work with and seemed like he cared about us. The other location we called around town were rude, but this location is the best place in st George area!Jacob S.
Service was great and friendly. The truck had lots of previous dents, scrapes and scratches which were noted on the walk-around. There were so many that I couldn't upload all photos I took on the Uhaul website. This is the only reason for the â€œnoâ€ answer on the survey. The truck was otherwise clean and ran great.Duane M.

Stop Telling people to put on a mask when u enter the building! The mask mandate is over here in Utah and it should be optional to wear a mask! It's nice your employees where them, but don't force customers to wear them! I almost walked out and went somewhere else! This mask Crap is so old and I'm tired of the harrasment everywhere!
