I verified that the fuel was at the level required, exactly as it was when i picked it up. the drop location charged me 14.88 for additional fuel saying it was at 1/4. no one was there to verify the amount in the tank i had to drop off the keys at the desk. i returned it just above 1/4 per the instructions i received at pick up. it took 2 day for me to get my receipt via email. very dissatisfied with the drop off location.

ELIZABETH HNo one answered the phone, the person was never available. The lady (bitch) behind the cash register, has NO BUSINESS in that store. She was HATEFUL, RUDE, ON HER PHONE WHILE I WAS TRYING TO TALK TO HER. I wanted to slap the crap out of her & she has no idea how to deal with customers. NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!

JAMES HUhaul rep was not present at time of pickup. Customer support assigned dolly and completed check out over the phone.
Nicholas IThey didn’t have any Dollys even tho I reserved two online and still almost charged me for them. I think they charged me for furniture blankets, which I also didn’t receive. They only have one person who knows how to actually rent them out and I had to wait for her to take her lunch and come back before I could get access to the U-Haul. Terrible.

Location is inside of a poorly kept gas station in a poorly kept parking lot for long-distance truckers. This whole location looked abandoned and the person attending the operation obviously doesn’t care about customers waiting out in the 30 degree weather waiting on him.

DARRELL BThe problem i always have with uhauls is fuel mileage. I went 72 miles and put 10.5 gallons in it. I dont drive crazy and always try and get good mileage but ive never gotten over 8mpg anytime ive ever rented a truck from uhaul.

STEVE CThis was the worst drop off experience I have ever had with U-Haul. The location staff was not one bit helpful, other than saying I could drop it off in lot next door, but be careful cause half the lot is for a motel. No paperwork, computer transaction, inspection or indication they were affiliated with U-Haul. I finally figured out I needed to use the app to check it in ... I guess , because I never received a confirmation of completion/check in email from U-Haul. Terrible check in experience. Process seemed very shady.
RONALD DThis is just a parking lot for U-Haul vehicles. There are no people to assist you at all. You have to do everything over the phone if you have any questions or concerns. I was not told this a head of time. I was expecting a full service location and this is NOT it!
