I was at the location to return the trailer when the website said they opened at 9:30, after waiting 30 minutes and no one came I called and was told no one would be there for another hr and a half because he had other things to do and couldn’t be there when they opened. I was late for work and didn’t get to drop it off until after 10:30.

The employees have absolutely no idea how to complete the rental process. It took an hour and we had to call uhaul customer service so that someone could walk the employees at this location through the process step by step. This location should definitely not be a uhaul rental location, they are doing uhaul a disservice.

I completed the pre-registration to save time but it seemed that was ignored because it took about 30 minutes to complete the pick-up. The person was friendly/pleasant but the process was too slow.

When the truck was dropped off the driver did not have the app to go through the process to return it and the attendant was no help. I had to call the 800 number to make sure they had it in the system it had been returned. The girl that answered my call was very helpful, polite and handled everything for me.

The truck was not full of fuel when I picked it up, so this made it difficult to determine how much fuel I used for replacement. The gauge was not accurate enough to get back to the original reading and I ended up putting more fuel in the truck than what it originally had. This increased the expense of the rental by about $10. Bummer! On this pick up day, the location was having computer issues that caused some extra time in the pick up procedure. Overall, still a good experience and location personnel (Tonya) was very friendly and helpful. Truck was exactly what we needed and clean and nearly new.

We chose this site because of 24/7 signage as we had an opened end to our project. We tried to return truck on Sunday but gates were locked in spite of 24/7 signage. Owner arrived and was accusatory for us being on his property. Ultimate (and reluctantly) he opened his gate and allowed me to return the truck. I have rented UHauls many times and have never had an experience like this. I would not recommend this site and I am questioning using UHaul again as there are other options I may try.

Here I come again,I rent an auto transport to haul a 2014 toyota corolla from this location,very happy with the costumer service,convenient access to get in and out,friendly staff they even help you load and onload the trailer on my car,I would recommend this location for uhaul purposes,always gonna do with them,highly recommend *****

Not happy you advertised for 60 dollars with cover, then I just get a bill threw for 165dollars , also charged me 55dollars for millage for a 30minute trip , and all the other extras added on

I rent a auto transport always choose this location and ppl there are very friendly,staff and the owner took care of me when I needed,they help me hook up the trailer and unhooked on my way back when I done,Super accessible area and easy to manage,I would recommend this location for moving,rent purposes,this is my 3rd time doing it and be keep doing it when I needed

The location was a great support, but the app of U-Haul and the customer service on the phone is very bad and I’m quite unhappy with that. After more than 40 minutes on the phone they were not able to help me on the pick up…

I was late 30 minutes and the lady didn’t Eve the lid me that I was goi to be charge extra, she was really prompt to tell me I went over the mileage that I had and I was going to be charge extra for it but not about the extra charge for bringing the truck instead of 9:30 I did it at 10 am

Pickup location had a hard time finding location for my drop off preference

I am very displeased with uhaul at this time. I changed the initial pick up time and was told by customer service the price would be the same. I dropped off equipment early, but due to mix up I received email about not dropping off at another uhaul place. At Puck up they helped me pick the closest drop off and took picture so I knew where to take equipment. I called customer service after getting email about missing truck and car trailer. Got bounced around but people were nice and last one said I was OK and no problems or additional charge. An hour later I learned I was billed a late fee. I called again and was given regional uhaul manager phone number. Left voice message but no call back. After a career with the military I have used uhaul multiple times. Unless this is resolved I will choose other rental agencies.
