My reservation was for a truck and moving blankets to be picked up at 1 pm on a Friday. U-Haul called me and changed the pickup location because, as I found out later, my truck was rented to another customer. This is not the first time I have experienced U-Hauls first come first serve policy regardless of reservations. The new location had no moving blankets, did not inspect the truck, and called me while I was driving from the airport to the location to check me and tell me where I could pick up a key. Everything was done via phone and text and then I was checked in as having taken the truck before I ever arrived. The representative wasn't even there when I had the reservation to pick up the truck. Once she showed up after I called her and we went threw the check in process she left. She never went over the truck with me never looked over the truck. The milage wasn't correct and I ended up paying for it even though I told her it was rong. I will never use this location again. She was more concerned about what she had going on instead of the customer and I only need 30 min of her time.KEVIN D.

The vehicle broke down. I don't blame this on the location however. So while the vehicle was clean it was not well maintained.Joshua W.
