I recently rented a vehicle from U-Haul, and the experience was disappointing. The car was completely covered in snow and not prepared for driving at all. I had to clean off all the snow myself before I could even start my trip. I expected the vehicle to be ready and safe to use, but that was not the case.

Do checkin check out on time. Dont take money for cleaning if the vehicle is already clean. If u haul is returned do remaining procedure as soon as possible. Why delaying for further process? Is it to claim money in the name cleaning fee? Staff has to atleast consider the customer.

The van needs mechanical and an exterior wash. Inside was spotless. Neither door in the cab closes properly. You have to lock them while driving or they pop open. You can’t unlock the passenger door with the key you have to crawl inside. The bed of the truck was immaculate. Ramp worked well. Overall experience was excellent. Customer service was amazing. Only issue was the maintenance of the truck.

The tires light indicated low tire pressure. Half a block from the store, emergency break indicator came on and I stalled. Basic safety instruction would have gone a long way;this was my first time renting a U-Haul. After I stalled, it took me a good five minutes to locate the emergency blanker light.

This location was great!! Where I made my reservation was horrible for Clarke rd made me late and was an inconvenience to go there and they never even assigned me a truck so to go elsewhere to get one is bad misrepresentation for easy pick up was very annoyed and frustrated.
