LINDA RThey never answer their phone and no one is ever around to assist. I dropped my trailer off a full day early, then get an email a week later stating my trailer was never turned in... I parked the trailer with the other uhaul trailers in the lot and turned in my contract in their drop box. I will never set foot on this lot again.
WENDY PI would like the 50 dollars back because I had to pick the truck up 30 miles away from where I reserved it. Thats an extra 30 miles of mileage and gas as well. It was guaranteed but the truck wasn't available where it was supposed to be so I should get 50 bucks back
Tony CI was contacted long after I delivered the equipment back to the location I got it from and I was told that I did not return the equipment and that I was going to be charged more money for the equipment. A charge was attempted. I did indeed return the equipment and put the keys in the after hours drop box.

William ROrdered Dolly, but it wasn't in the back. Picked up mobile so I couldn't get it. Mobile experience wasn't very satisfactory.
Bryan WA/C did not work well at all, steering was very sketchy (alignment was way off hard to control) drivers window tattled the whole time. Time for this truck to be pulled from service.
