A/C did not work well at all, steering was very sketchy (alignment was way off hard to control) drivers window tattled the whole time. Time for this truck to be pulled from service.

The staff seemed to have little interest in his service, as expressed by him not having the packing blankets that I ordered. This staff had to send me to another location to get said blankets.

Everything was good. The only thing that made me feel a little uncomfortable was the drop off key box I was to put the key in on Sunday was just sitting on the back porch. It wasn't attached to anything, so anyone could have came and picked it up and got in and grabbed keys to trucks. I was a little hesitant to even leave key, but didn't want to get charged for a second day. It might need to be attached to the building or porch. Other than that my experience was good. Very friendly staff!
