Truck was old and filthy. I’ve never seen one this nasty. Loud annoying whistle that even the radio couldn’t mask. Cargo area was filthy as well. Wi-Fi did not work for me to return truck. If I ever move again, I’ll use someone else.

Nasty location. Wi-Fi did not work for check in. They rented me the worse truck on the lot. Filthy inside and out, had been wrecked, smelled horrible and there was a hi pitched whistle that was annoying.

JAIME KExtremely long wait time to get my equipment 1.5 hrs. The owner Rosemary is very rude. She was condescending and talking about me while I was in the room. They never have the complete equipment ordered and it is always dirty. The truck is never ready, they always have to go get it. You normally have to load all extra equipment by yourself. I reached out to the regional manager Wohab and he has yet to call me back. During our first conversation, while one speaker phone, he could hear Rosemary’s raised tone of voice yet he took her side anyways. Super disappointed and would not recommend this location to my worse enemy.

Isaac FThe drop off went very smoothly. I was met in the parking lot and guided to the correct location. The staff unhooked the tow dolly and I was on my way in minutes. It was quick and easy and the staff was very professional.
KENDALL OMake sure your equipment is fixed and not broken the handles were broken on the trailer the straps were ripped and too Short it was the only trailer available so I had no choice but to use it and when you are on U-Haul phone call their computer stop if something isn't exactly the way the computer wants it to be doesn't mean it won't work you guys got a lot of things to fix

Pete KThis is a used car dealer so that business comes first and U-Haul renters are told to have a seat and they'll get to you. 20 minute wait while a car was being sold. People were waiting for me and I was waiting for the car selling paperwork to get done.
BARNETT SWas informed on arrival (which was 20 miles from my reserved pick up location) that zero blankets were available even though I had reserved 36. Was then told that the truck had 1/4 tank of gas in it even though it was on “empty”. Rude employee at pick-up. Told me I could go somewhere else to rent if i didn’t like the blanket situation. Handed me the contract and told me I could go out and find the truck. Never got out of her seat. I returned the truck with 3/8 full tank and would like a credit for the 1/4 tank I was supposed to have at pick-up. Thanks. Chad F.

LEWIS KThey never have correct equipment. The truck is not pulled up and ready. You have to put equipment yourself in the truck. The truck was dirty and I had to wait 1.5 hours after reservation time to actually get keys. Horrible service. They were selling a car at the same time while Uhaul renters were waiting in their religious waiting room. I have never had Uhaul service like this one.
