When I arrived to pick up my truck, it wasn't there and I was informed by the 1-800-UHaul representative that my reservation had been cancelled. I did NOT cancel it. I had to send home everyone who had come from out of town to help me move and had to come back another day to pick up a truck. The only thing I can imagine that happened is that the lady who took my order said she was going to change my reservation from a weekday pick up to a 24/7 pick up since I was coming to get it on a Sunday. Perhaps when she changed the reservation it cancelled it instead?Kelly I.

The trailer was infested with antsâ€”thousands of ants. They got into my furniture, caused damage and I fear they were unknowingly transferred to my new storage unit once I noticed them covering several of my items. It was/is a nightmare! I notified Mary at the Greensboro location and she was going to discuss with the manager. I expect NOT to be charged. Also, the tires on the truck need to be replacedâ€”worn in several places.Debra S.

Office Lady was in a back office and had to go thru another room to find her. No cell or wifi service to check in as described by website. Truck was not there as Guaranteed. Had to wait 45 mins while she confirmed that she could rent my the truck that was there. Did not walk with me to inspect truck. Truck was parked beside overgrown weeds and was difficult to check for damage and get in to to pull out.Kenneth S.

I rented a 26 foot u-haul truck. I picked it up at 10:23 am on a Wednesday and returned it the same day at 6:03, with photos as proof. I dropped the keys in the drop box as I was asked. A few days later my card was charged more money. They said the truck was checked in on Friday. When I called the location they said they would take care of it. Two weeks later nothing has been done. The person at the location gave me a phone number for Uhaul and said to call them to fix it. I am sitting on hold for a long time and then sent to another department to hold a long time again. I don't have time for the mistakes made by Uhaul. This is an unnecessary mistake and I should not have to take time out of my work day, losing income, to fix their mistake.Charles A.

U-hual can eliminate the Eatonon, Ga location. I confirmed they had the truck that I reserved the day before, but when I arrived to pick the truck up, the lady told me they didn't have any trucks and that this happens every day. So I had to drive 30 minutes to get a smaller truck and ended up having to make 2 3 and a half hour drives.Jason F.

Horrible experience with uhaul!!! Booked online, glad I called pick up location ahead of timeâ€¦ they had no truckâ€¦ call 800 #â€¦ they scheduled another pickup locationâ€¦ get there and they have no reservation for us!! BUT they went above and beyond to get us a truck!! No thanks to the uhaul customer service!Zack P.

Great experience and would definitely recommend and use again. This is our 2nd time renting from this location and I would recommend this company and location. Making a reservation was simple and they had the truck that we needed when we needed it. The truck was very clean in the cab and in the back. Pick up and drop off were super easy. The truck I rented had issues with the air conditioning and the gear shift had to be moved into a perfect position for the started to engage. I reported both to Mary the Representative and she was very supportive and cooperative in addressing the maintenance issues. Pulling a 26' truck out of a tight space while trying to miss used cars parked all around is nerve-wracking. Reversing the process to return the equipment is equally nerve-wracking. The office is dingy and uninviting. The parking lot could use a lot of attention, covered with debris and chunks of concrete. I was looking at the door I was heading towards at the office (I usually stay focused where I'm heading, not downwards) and I tripped on a large piece of concrete just sitting by a pothole in the lot, hurt pretty bad but kept my balance and didn't find any bruises when I got home. The other problem was it was a hot day here in Georgia, and the AC in the truck didn't work. I did call to report this, but nobody answered at Transportaion Period, and my call wasn't returned after I left a message.Sean G.

The truck was dritty and was on 1/4 tank instead on 3/4 I had to pay for that out of my pocket thought the dealer would put the right amout of gas in the truck. NOPE the tyuck looked like it had been parked in the woods under trees for several mounths. The back of it had bird feathers all over it.Eric B.
