I have no problem with this location other than it was not my selected pick-up location. This location was 50 miles from my selected pickup location. The truck was at my selected location but 2 days prior to pickup corporate rented it to another customer and moved my pickup location 50 miles, not very convenient. I have rented about once a year from U-Haul. Since U-Haul went to the online reservation system I have not been able to pick up at my desired pickup locations. I live down the street from a large U-Haul facility and in the last 5 years have NEVER been able to pick up at that closest location. Not very convenient for the customer but I guess if you are the only game in town it does not matter.

Make sure they are serviced and equipment is working properly, also had no gas.

The U-Haul was not cleaned out on the inside and our reservation got completely mixed up. The area manager did an excellent job reaching out to us and resolving the issue.

The running lights on trailer didn't work and would be helpful if there was an attendant that helped hook up equipment there was not any one to help hook up to my vehicle I was bummed about that

New management at this location, or a different location. I will not comment on the staff's presentation or their dress code.

Check engine light came on when started vehicle. They had me take it to NAPA to get it checked out. Was told by NAPA to return it. Was then given a smaller truck than I needed and still charged for bigger truck. The truck I was then given was dirty and had a burnt marijuana joint in the center console. Person that issued the truck to me said she was the last one to use the truck. Would highly recommend going to a UHaul anywhere other than Eads, Colorado
