It wasn't location that was problem. It was uhaul app and customer service. This uhaul location is not staffed and app kept saying i had to go to counter. I finally got ahold of someone local and they told me how to get key. Truck was unlocked and had only 5/8 tank full of gas, so had to stop and fill up before my journey. Also i sent a pic of gas gauge to customer service wanting it documented that gas was not full and they said contract said 3/4 and that i could file a dispute later. They were very unbelpful.

At the time of reservation the system directed me to arrive exactly at 315pm. So I waited all day, then found it was a self serve location that I could have picked up at any time... why not say that on the reservation page??? And, the truck ended up leaking water and ruined several belongings, so obviously was not thoroughly inspected or maintained.
Andra BIf there wasn't work being done to the road during the time of drop-off then I imagine this location is normally easy to access. I didn't speak to any personnel, I just dropped of the truck and keys and it was an easy simple process.

DEBORAH KNOT MUCH COULD BE DONE BETTER. HEATHER WAS A PRINCESS AND WAS VERY 'CUSTOMER ORIENTED'. UNFORTUNATELY, SHE HAD SOLD HER LAST HITCH AND BALL THE DAY PRIOR. I WAS ABLE TO PURCHASE A 10,000 LB HITCH AT NEARBY O'REILLYS AUTO PARTS BUT; THEY DID NOT HAVE A BALL 2" BALL WITH A 1-1/4" SHANK.I WENT TO THE UHAUL STORE AT 880 W Saint Marys Rd, Tucson, AZ 85745. THEY ALSO DID NOT HAVE A 2" BALL WITH A 1 1/4" SHANK. A YOUNG MAN NAMED CARON SOLD ME A HITCH WITH THE CORRECT BALL ATTACHED CLAIMING HE COULD NOT SELL ME THE BALL SEPARATELY AND THAT THEY WERE OUT OF THE BALL I NEEDED. SINCE THIS COMBINATION WAS DESIGNED FOR A 2 1/4" RECEIVER i NEEDE THE CORRECT BALL REMOVED AND INSTALLED TO MY OREILL7Y HITCH. HE COULD NOT REMOVE THE BALL TO LET ME INSTALL IT ON MY OREILLY HITCH. I WAS ABLE TO REMOVE THE BALL AND PROPERLY USE IT. IN SUMMARY >HEATHER GREAT CARON> NOT SO MUCH... HE WAS TOO ABSORBED WITH RULES AND DID NOT HAVE ADEQUATE PARTS NOR TOOLS TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER. IF YOU WANT AN ODD SIZED HITCH, I WOULD GLADLY SELL THIS BEAST BACK TO YOU ... I ONLY NEEDED THE BALL. AS A COMPANY IT SEEMS FOOLISH TO NOT HAVE ADEQUTE PARTS AND ADEQUATELY SKILLED PERSONNEL TO TAKE CARE OF A SEEMINGLY SIMPLE ACCOMODATION. [2" BALL WITH 2 1/4" SHANK ON 10,000LB HITCH]
