The business was a combo of other businesses. Very small and tight, and a little tough getting in and out. The car carrier I rented wasn't ready when I got there. It was partially broken and we had to use a floor jack to get it on the hitch ball. Communication was a little difficult as the workers spoke little English and I had to speak with someone on a cell phone.

Keep reservations that were made well in advance. Not charge for days I didn’t use equipment. Got charged 2 extra days and not refunded. And had to drive over hour to pick up equipment because of equipment reservation was not honored
