The pickup location i requested was unavailable, I was given 2 days on the initial order, then upon pickup was informed i only had 24 hrs After pickup location was changed i was not given extra miles to cover the change; so i had to pay extra for the miles that were not covered. I was not impressed by the bait & switch i experienced Both uhual locations were clean, friendly & helpful, but the time frame given & miles alloted were changed.. Not impressed

The computer process was a little difficult but it could have been the internet server. They were very helpful and kind.
