this was the worst experience we have ever experienced. the truck AC didn't work and we broke down in the middle of the AZ Desert with extreme beat warnings waited 4 hours to get tire repaired. We were only 60 miles from Phoenix which you would think big city we could get someone within an hour. We leave at 5am trying to beat the heat and didn’t realize there was no AC until around 845am, by this time we were over 3 hours into our drive. When we picked the truck up there was not a systems check by the lady that checked us in. Our assumption was the truck was working properly and ready to go!
