The location was not convenient again and the service was short was not asked hot our trip was, if we had had any problems. Basic customer questions.

Right outside the apartments I was moving from! I was able to get the truck the night before. The manager, I think his name is Scott, was so nice to me! He pulled the tuck onto the street for me! I was able to get an early start and had the truck back by 10:30! No waiting to get a truck. Was the best and easiest Uhaul experience I've ever had!!

I got a call around 10 AM to check if I have the address right. Then the person dropped the question asking me when would I be returning it? Apparently thing we're running 'tight' over there. Thinking he was in a hurry I returned the truck earlier than I intended to. I had more than the required amount of gas in there, plus I had to pay for a taxi back home! When I mentioned all of this to the person, he said 'oh they already gave an extra day, and I can't do anything'. etc etc. now I have to spend some more money to get my furniture home from the store.

This asshole has no business being associated with U-Haul's good name. I pulled in after a long and hectic drive in a traffic jam and had to urinate immediately due to my medical condition of active bladder. I ran inside asking for the bathroom. His bathroom was closed for maintenance and there was no other location nearby. I ran back outside and went between a trailer and a tree out of sight. He chased me outside yelling demanding to know where I was going, and I told him. He was extremely agitated and completely inconsiderate of my disability. I felt humiliated and afraid. I then tried to explain I needed his help removing my car from the U-Haul tow dolly, as well as the dolly from the U-Haul truck, but he wasn't listening and said, "You ran out of my office not saying where the fuck you were going. And as for removing your, that's not my responsibility!" This contradicts what the Virginia Street location said he would do when they attached the dolly to the truck. They assured me U-Haul would help me get my car off the dolly. The man at Treasures Unlimited was hearing none of this, so I walked back to the truck to call U-Haul and find a real U-Haul location, which ended up being 10 miles away in rush-hour traffic. "Thanks, jerk!" While I was on the phone in the truck, he lurked up on me pretending like he was going to help by saying, "All right, I'll help you, but no more running around my lot!" I told him never mind, I was on the phone with U-Haul for an alternate drop-off location. To that, he shooed me away saying, "You call U-Haul!" and walking off. I have never been so intimidated by a customer service representative and I was genuinely afraid of what he might do next. Please respond.

The owner was very nice and helpful! The rental was a bigger trailer than I had reserved but they gave it to me for the same price as the smaller one, which worked out perfect! Thanks again!

The phone people were excellent. The pick up location was poor. Through me the keys told me where the truck was and sent me on my way. Never came out to see what condition the truck was in and it was dirty inside and out. Window was bugged out completely.

What a great experience at drop off! My friend and I had an 11 hour drive the day before from Colorado to Utah and then spent all night unloading. Our original drop off location sent us away due to lack of room so we took the equipment to Treasures and I have never had such great customer service! The gentleman that helped us was SO KIND and nice and helpful and professional! He could tell we were exhausted so he took care of everything for us and said "don't worry about a thing!" He truly did all the work, unhooked everything, parked the trailer and was SO NICE! If I ever need equipment again, I refuse to go anywhere but Treasure's! Amazing, THANK YOU!

If I would have known it was literally a drop off location I would have chosen a physical U-Haul store. I showed up to this location and the gate was locked. I had no idea how to drop off my vehicle, or where to park it. I called U-Haul but didn't realize it was a call center, not this actual location. I would have preferred a staff member so I could verify that my rental was received and the gas was a the appropriate level, etc.

You need to know what hours of service and what equipment the location actually has. I originally had an appointment for 9:00-1:00 at this location and needed to change to 2:30, the person who I spoke to said no problem. Well this location closed @ noon. Also I requested a dolly, this location has never had dollies. It all worked out but if the location hadn't called me I would have been out of luck. U-haul needs to be better aware of its locations actual equipment.

We tried to reserve a trailer for 0900, Sat, 12 Nov but the computer said there were none available in our area. After much consternation we then requested a trailer for 4pm, Friday, 11 Nov and found lots of them. When we picked this trailer up we discovered the location would be closed for the weekend which explained why we could not reserve a trailer on Sat. U Haul needs to fix this aspect of their reservation system.

I had trouble changing my reservation because the scheduling person that I spoke to didn't give me correct information. I had to call in and talk to a different rep to get the real information.
