Check in and taking the vehicle took more than 30 minutes. I was the only person there and it was a very prolonged period of time while using the vehicle. I had to get a jump due to the battery dying. This is particularly distressing as I was utilizing the U-Haul for testing For a license for Employment and it was very additive to stress then during the checking the vehicle back in process it was again very prolonged taking nearly 20 minutes. Again, I was the only person there and I don’t understand why it took so long when I was prepared and booked through the online process.
Jade MI had to sweep the truck out prior to loading to ensure anything resting on the floor would get minimally dirty. We had to settle for the 10 foot truck after booking a 15 foot and being told it was not available at the location we had originally intended to use. Overall it was nothing to write home about.
Andrew MThere was a bit of a mix up with the amount of time I was supposed to have vs how much time the email confirmation said I had. I spoke to a U-Haul customer service rep who rectified everything. Thanks!
