I left to move to another storage for 2 reasons the price went up and I’m get threatening messages saying my stuff is going to get auctioned off on the 1 of the month when isn’t late until day 5 and water getting in making so much moisture I had to wash all my stuff due to mold

No one there even though the sign said open. We were charged $20 for gas and when questioned he realized he read the gas gauge wrong and said he would credit us the money. Still have not been credited as of this writing.

Dropped the trailer off after hours and took photos for proof. Spoke on the phone with the owner of the storage place and he was kind and communicative about when he would be back there to check in the equipment. All went smoothly.

Tressle park is top notch storage facility. I have used 2 times and was completely satisfied with the service and the facility itself. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for short or long term storage.

The after hours return process was a bit involved, but I understand. However,the return location I signed up for was changed by Uhaul. I wasn’t able to return the truck to my previously chosen site. That I do not understand.

There were no pads and I prepaid for furniture paids. I hope the owner stands by his word, and credits my account. At my fault, I was 10 minutes late for pick up and was forced to do online after I had already registered and prepaid the night before. I was hoping to get in and out, but it took another 20 minutes to navigate the online system on my phone. My husband drove the uhaul and the check engine light came on within 2 minutes of leaving location.

We only used the unit for 1 month and few days. The unit was facing a busy road and there was no privacy when using the unit. Even though a fence was surrounding, spectators would watch as the door was open. Don’t like my privacy viewed by all. Moved to protect that even though nothing to hide. Was told the rental is not prorated when you leave only getting back the deposit, which I have not seen as yet. The rental was prorated when I rented the unit. Please call if you would like to discuss further. 4013638934. I did not receive a contract for the unit when I paid for the rental so was not aware of loosing a full months cost.

The mileage was wrong by 17 miles. Even with pictures of the odometer it could not be corrected. The wait time for customer service was 45 minutes and didn’t have to wait. The back of the truck had a spill and there were clothing articles left behind. The web site won’t let me access my contract and I’m still waiting for my emailed or texted receipt. Very disappointed.

Overall well maintained however the staff was not helpful nor polite and refused to give me my deposit back even after leaving the unit clean and how I purchased it. I was told the reasoning was because I didnt give a 30 day notice before leaving the unit however I didnt know I would be moving until that day. Would not recommend this unit to any family or friends.

I think the wheels on the truck needed balancing but it really didn't matter much because I never drove over 60 miles an hour as a rule. A few times I did get up there in speed there was some shaking. Also, I pitched whistling noise appear occasionally. Sounded like feedback but it was intermittent. It would have been good to know the truck gets perhaps 10 miles to a gallon. Maybe less

The pick up was easy on the mobile app. We needed a last minute truck on a Sunday and reserved the truck for the same day. We brought it back the nest morning and dropped off using the app with no problems.

“Bob” was helpful when I called but he didn’t check-in the vehicle I dropped off Saturday until Monday afternoon, causing several unnecessary emails, texts and phone calls! Moreover, someone miscalculated the mileage (bad arithmetic) which printed extra charges that (still) need to be reversed. Not a great experience overall from U-Haul.

no one there! call number 3/4 hour later get a call telling me where to leave the trailer then get **** from the owner/manager that its not where he said to leave it.... reason was he could not see it on his video camera,so its not there. have him get off his *** and be there for the return or travel to the drop off site to check for himself!!!was the ending to a real ****y weekend that was a real kick in the ****s! just a lazy move on his part. i will drop off at any other spot in stead of getting another call from a lazy pile of ****! hope they get all they have coming to them /him!

I received an email that I was late dropping off the trailer. It was found that the trailer was dropped off after 3 hours of use on a 6 hour contract. I purposely did not select the $8 insurance and was charged for it. Why would I pay $8 insurance for a $24 trailer rental for a couple hours and only going 3 miles. I think this is a scam to get more money. I will not consider UHaul for my next move.

This is an excellent location to rent from! These people are really friendly and helpful. The truck I rented was like brand new. I got all the hell I needed from Bob! Thanks Bob! I will rent from here again!!

This facility as a storage facility is outstanding. However, as a Uhaul experience it is the worst one I have had so far. It took 2 hours to get the truck rented because the compiter system was I adequate. No one knew how to fix it. No organization. My fault was I didn't sign an agreement or do an Inspection. However none was offered to me so I got charged for a insurance I didnt ask for. I called and asked to have it removed and they said they would , but never did. I would not recommend this location for Uhaul services. I will not rent a Uhaul from them again. I will go to Penske or Budget truck Rental.
