Melissa AIt was challenging to find. The GPS for 4500 Mustang (clicking the hyperlink provided) takes you to some remote residential area that was 25 minutes away from the actual location. I already had to be redirected to this location at this last minute which was 20 miles from my original choice and then added insult to injury by being given the wrong geotag. Nevertheless once I found it, the process was easy.
OTILIO GI first went to the place I rented a U-Haul trailer about a month ago. They signed me up for the trailer and advised me that they would have the trailer ready for me on Friday. By the time I got home, I received a call from U-Haul advising me that the place I placed the request for a 8x5 trailer did not have one and the closes one was about 12 to 15 miles away. At this time, I started calling around and located one about 2 to 3 miles from where the first trailer was located. The lady that signed me up at the Mustang location was very helpful.
Fred PLOVE this location. I am a frequent user/renter of trucks and this is the only location I will use. Great service. Sheri is fast, friendly, efficient and very accommodating. I highly recommend!

She did say to take a picture of the miles and gas but didn’t mention all the other pictures that needed to be taken and that my location needed to be on

Um, no ma’am you didn’t or I wouldn’t be calling you. Found a better climate controlled unit down the street though at Life Storage and they’re so kind!

CHARLES EMy RV and truck was broke into the 2nd day I was there...There is always people hanging out in there cars and just no security ..The gate is !ever locked at night for rental trucks so it's a constant worry if your stuff is okay....

Got to the location and wasn’t able to get the trailer off the truck without a jack. It took a man and myself to finally get it off. I was pissed. Then the next day they called and let me know they received it which was nice but it was a bad experience.

MOHAMMAD MThe professionalism was something I hope I never have to endure again. I received a phone call that my U-Haul truck was overbooked therefore switch me to another location and upon arrival was told that truck too was over booked. When switch to that location I was told that I could pick up the vehicle as early as 9 AM. I was never told that it had to be picked up by a certain time nor returned at a specific time. Upon arrival 10 minutes after my apparent “pickup time”, the employee made comments of “ oh you decided to show up“, “you’re late so now you only have 3 hours to use the vehicle” and when I expressed my anger at the situation she said “I have better things to do” and “I don’t have to rent this truck to you”. I had to rush my entire move, damaged items in my move and make other accommodations to get remainder of my items moved because of the limited time given added to my handicap limiting my movement. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and would highly recommend training to your employees.

TERESA SI had everything set to go on moving day, when I arrived I had a bit of an app problem so I went in to speak to the manager. She went to help me which was what I thought she was doing and instead of leaving my reservation the way it was she changed the miles from 2 to 50 which over charged me. Then she lies and said I did it.. no I did not! Now I have to wait 3 business days for my refund. She told me she'd be available when I returned the truck and that I could called her on her personal cellphone.. I called she never answered and never called me back. We did see her so a brief sec when I was dropping of the u-haul truck but she left before I could make it up to the office. She knew I was there..

Candace HIt would be better if security gate worked. We had problems with mice despite setting those sticky traps. Also found a few roaches when unboxing items despite us spraying before utilizing and putting out roach traps. We had storage for about 8 weeks while doing a home remodel. Staff very nice. Reasonable price for the large building we used.

Julie DAsked me what type of truck I had gave her mskevsnd model over phone. Had a friend drive 4 hours to pick up trailer and come get me ,( I was stranded). When he gets to the location he finds a trailer that is 2 feet shorter than my truck. Also, I was told I wouldn't be charged until drop off but I was charged at pickup. The woman told us a dangerous way of getting the truck on the trailer. Needless to say it did not work. So I was charged for a trailer I could not use. I have text messages explaining all this to the manager at the location and her only response is that she would pray for me.

JERRY PThe building was nice but there was designated area to park the trailer I went at 0800 and the sign said they didn’t open until 1400. I left the trailer in an open spot beside the storage units. The place was clean it just had a lot of junk laying around and trailers full of junk. Signs would have been nice.
