The trailer that I picked up was dirty, it was in the parking lot resting on the ground, and when I asked if anybody would help me hook it up, I was told that they did not do that and to call corporate. They didn’t check to see if I had hooked it up properly, to see if the lights worked or if I had put any of the safety chains on correctly.

DAVID RYour employees customer service is great. U-Haul website tries to add in extra services without you clicking on it. You have to unselect the add ons before submitting your payments otherwise U-Haul will stiff you for 10 bucks or more and won’t be obligated to refund you. A lot of people don’t notice it until after the fact. I believe U-Haul is aware and has not fixed this on purpose. I still don’t have an invoice but U-Haul continues to attempt to draft obscene amounts of money from my account withou one’s sending an invoice like I requested. I can’t pay you until you send an invoice.
