I made the reservation for 9am. Showed up at 9:05. Nobody at the location. Had to call U-Haul to get the contract emailed to me. The trailer brakes were horrendous. Only the brakes on the right side worked, which would try to twist the truck/trailer combo under breaking. This was quite dangerous. The sure brake system would stick on after coming to a stop. Stuck so hard that many times my rear wheels were spinning before it would release. While towing and not trying to brake, the trailer was excellent to tow.

Tried calling this location for 2days…no answer and voicemail is full. Showed up at 8am to pick up trailer…they were a no show and still no answer on phone. Finally at 9:30 I called the 800 number, customer service allowed me to just take the trailer!!!!😖… If I knew that was possible I could of left North Carolina the night before and saved a $180 hotel BILL… Very poor communication and I believe the pickup location is no longer in business or something weird is going on.. Very frustrating!!!

the employee that receive the equipment needs to be train properly.. He failed to read the gas meter properly..costing me $80 charge..and now the telephone number is not available to place a formal complaint..

I did not see any problems with the truck itself or while driving.

They accommodated a no reservation rental I needed at the last minute. No hidden fees and even i returned the truck, the uhaul app tried to charge me a late fee when I wasn't late. She promptly fixed the mistake. Very friendly and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend this location.
