JOHN PI don't want to insinuate that this U-Haul location needs improvement in your review question. This was my first time picking up with phone- type pick up. I got there unaware of what to expect, but I realized I should have gotten a little bit better informed about this new process. I am so happy I went to the Triangle tree Service location. I was getting a little bit flustered with the license photo submission and the woman on the phone was so calm when in my opinion I would have sent me elsewhere that isnt phone check in. The patience she had and her husband actually took my license photo with his phone. It obvious that this location is aware of with change there may be some wrinkles as many people are only thinking about the pressure of how much stuff can fit into a U-haul truck, this location is my only from now on, Not that they are just good people , but if they are that helpful in customer service, that is rare today..and I actaully want to rent a u-haul truck today and i dont need to, the experience of me not being embarrassed because of the check in process was memorable. If anyone else says they have a bad experience at this location..Sorry I wont believe you :)
