On arrival, app says reservation completed. Called & got it reset. Not sure why the app required a phone call. Got keys fine. Battery was dead. Had to jump it ourselves. Then took it home & had to charge the battery. Windshield wipers barely make contact with windshield. Would be dangerous in weather.

Al LThe rental process online was easy. The truck could have been swept out in the back. I’d also recommend dedicated parking spots for customers to park. I would return as it’s convenient.

Rachid CI would recommend this location. But I will never recommend Online Self Serve Check In with Trucks! Uhaul needs to update the internet! I was supposed to get a Truck Rental at 8:00am. Wasn’t able to get access to the rental Truck until 10:00am. I paid over $300 for in town local use. Really! Come On Uhaul You Can Do Better Than That!!!

Roxee KThe return experience was very frustrating. The location was closed and the app instructions were terrible. Our location services were on but it didn’t work. The app was non functional-why can you only rent a vehicle through it but not return it through te app. It literally took three people and 30 minutes to figure the return process.

Danny LMake it easier to check in/out on an Android phone. Wasn't able to check in/out on my phone had to call customer service, wasted almost an hour each call. Ridiculous.
