Robert K26 foot truck was roughest ride, almost dangerous. Either tires were overfilled with air or shocks were completely worn out. At 55 you could barely keep it on the road, Interstate. The local dealer has nothing to do with this, but this equipment needs a serious service. Not very pleased with the truck.

Michael MHe had difficulty with Uhauls program working to upload my ID. I was sent a link and uploaded myself, which was no big deal. I felt bad for him that Uhauls system has some hold ups and delays transactions. But, Todd and his team handled it like pros and were awesome!

Vincent MThe establishment was fine. The staff had a little trouble getting the equipment to work properly to inputting our information entered into the system for us to rent the truck. I don't know if it was computer problems or user problems. It doesn't matter because they got it done. I did a pre-trip inspection on the truck and it all looked fine. I drove that truck 100 miles each way and that truck bounced the entire way. It didn't matter if it was empty or loaded. I put about 4000 lbs on that 26' truck and it still bounced the entire way. The tires looked newish, but it is still work looking into. Over all. The truck did fine, the people got us registered and out the door fine. I would rent from Trinity Rentals again.
Tony STrinity Rentals went out of their way to make sure that I was able to pick the trailer up and get out in very short time went through all of the paperwork with me and hooked up everything and make sure all the lights worked I do not recommend anything at this time they do a great job

Greg WWhen a customer calls to do a pickup for U-Haul at a location you need to make sure that they give the proper information. We were told that we could pick up in Quincy Illinois at one of their locations. We had to travel a little over an hour out. Yes they gave me 60 extra miles but they did not take in consideration the extra gas. I feel that the U-Haul company still owes and that extra gas. All should be credit . And when calling to set up I'd ask that the ramp to be used for an electric wheelchair. The wheelchair weighs over 500 lb ramp was not wide enough.

N.D. HI asked about money back due to not using my furniture pads and not using my mileage.the gentleman told me id have to contact uhaul and deal with them directly because they had nothing to do with uhaul.
Shawna HI am a local business owner and I stopped in to make a appointment 3 days prior for a 20' truck. I made the reservation and got a confirmation. When I showed up to pick up the truck I was giving a 26' truck which I didn't need. 80.00 worth of gas for 200 miles!! I will never use uhaul again. It's sad that you stop in to make an appointment, get confirmation, and then get something other then what was reserved.
