I am still waiting for a credit from my order. The dolly rented was not available. Area U-Haul rep was called. He said he would credit the $7 the day of the rental. He did not. Upon returning again, I let the ladies know that the charge had not come off. They charged the card anyways with the extra $7 on it. Again I let them know of the issue. They provided the local rep’s phone number. I called and left a voicemail, no response, no credit to my account. Why would the option to add equipment be available at a location that does not have it.
