Mick BThis was the first time I’ve ever rented a U-Haul. We have our own pickups and trailers. The cost was very expensive and the trailer leaked water and ruined a piece of furniture. Not empressed with the trailer. We only needed a 4x8 size and had to pay for a 5x8 because of location

Chris SYour automatic call the day before for location of pick up did not work. It comes across as a 000-000-0000 number and I don't answer those numbers because it's usually a telemarketer. The phone number should identify who it is and I would of answered it. Secondly you should have an automatic email update in conjunction with the phone call. I would of got that.
Patrick BTires were really bad on the front of truck, told U-Haul rep at Canon city. They said they would check into it.

And they worked their tails off to accomodate me during a personal difficult time, I'd give 'em 100 stars if it was an option! Same for Ladies @ KS U-Haul Dispatch. Deb at KS Dispatch needs a raise, bonus & already earned her angel wings, for all she did for me the day before! Above & beyond doesn't beging to descibe what she did for me from time I contacted her & thru-out the day!!!! AMAZING, IMPRESSIVE & UHAUL HAS MY BUSINESS & GRATITUDE FOR LIFE!!!!!

dave mU-Haul either needs to bring their plugs up to current fifth wheel plugs or let people know when they rent trailers a flat 4 adapter is needed. I happened to have mine w/ me, but I would've been upset if I would've had to buy a new one when I already had one.
KIRSTEN AThe only complaint is that I did not ask for furniture pads or any tie downs thinking they were included and they were not offered at the time.

JOHN DI did not see the place where it told me that the trailer might not be in the location that I clicked on. Luckily, it worked out ok, but there needs to be a way that the consumer knows where they are picking up equipment, due to time of close, distance from home, etc. The guys at Trio Lumber were extremely helpful, offering to stay late to wait on me. I do wish there would have been some queen size mattress covers available at the location.

skip eIssue was with U-Haul and the unwillingness of an employee to step up. Do to U-Haul not doing what they said they would do I had to pay over $80 more to make my commitments happen. Do not appreciate the "oops" response and the LOCAL REPS WERE FANTASTIC! the problem was the corporate office.

MATEA LI had expected to receive the truck in Plainville. I paid for gas and my time to go 45 miles out of my way. At 6.5 miles per gallon used 25.00 dollars more. My time is worth something . I charge 100.00 per hour as a Doctor.I was not able to see two Pts.due to time restraint..Truck was clean,but smoke was evident in cab.
