Everything was good.

gregory jAll lock boxes were open and no key in them. Key was in the truck I had reserved. Called u-haul and was on hold for 15 minutes and it was the only truck there so we took it and called u-haul when we got to where we were going to load the house. Lady on phone told me to bring it back and it was stolen since we took it. We couldn’t check in online so that’s why we took it. Long story short, got it home to load and whoever had it before did not check it back in and it wasn’t cleaned out and did not have a utility dolly that I paid for. Also I did not request insurance but I was charged. Anyway terrible experience. A nice lady finally got everything straight after being on the phone for like a total of 1 plus hours. Totally disappointed.

jordan wI didn't realize until I had hauled my vehicle 400 miles that the saftey wire was never connected. Why offer to hook it up if you arent going to do it the whole way? Also, one of the tail lights didn't work. Found that out after we had already started our journey. Is there nothing in place where you check the equipment before its loaned out? Maybe it is just location that falls short of expectations...hopefully.
Adina MWe were supposed to drop it off in Coushatta but they stopped taking uhauls. It said on the website they took them. We had to drive 30 minutes out of the way to drop it off.

DAVID HThe truck was pretty clean and the guy at this locatoon was very nice. I had signed up for the 24/7 online check in rental because i was going.to arrive after this location closed for the day. I was unable to check in online but luckily there were still people at the location to help me out so it wasnt a big deal. Only issue i have is that rhe truck was near E when I took it, which was not a big deal since I was only going about 5 miles total but I did return it with the same amount of gas yet was charged a fuel fee, I should have taken before and after photos but I didn't, so I'm out the money but I recommend always taking timestamped photos to avoid this.

Jacory DThe U-Haul location in Mansfield, La the gentleman didn't not here me correctly on the milage amount I asked for and then the U-Haul truck was at half a tank not a fuel tank but yet want to charge me cause I brought it back at half like I got it and that is always the amount customer service for U-Haul told me to put it at since when I did the online inspection of it I tried to add the picture of the gas fuel but it would not let me so my fiancee showed the gentleman we rented the U-Haul from he said ok and to contact customer service which we did but yet trying to charge me thou.
Tammy PTriple J location was very helpful and courteous in my picking up the tow dolly. They are really a good asset to you business.
