Luckily, I came across the right link somehow. The actual person I dealt with at the location where I picked up the truck was fantastic. She is a great rep for your company. BENJAMIN SI had an excellent experience with U-Haul! The process was smooth from start to finish. The online reservation was easy to navigate, and I was able to quickly pick up the truck I needed. The vehicle was in great condition and very reliable, which made the move so much less stressful. What truly made the experience outstanding, however, was the owner. They were incredibly kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for the move. They also made sure my kid was entertained and comfortable, which I greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find such a kid-friendly and considerate business owner. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a seamless and friendly moving experience
