Nothing I can think of really. Besides the location itself being in such a remote location but very well maintained and lit up. The whole rental process was fantastic thanks to Natalie at Trojan Storage.

AINUDDIN FI had no luck with the app. Had to wait until the location opened to check out. However Natalie was super helpful and communicative. She saved the experience for me. I would not recommend using the app.

Theresa AThe 24hr check in put me 2hrs behind. Had my location services on and it kept telling me that it couldn't find my location. Not sure if there were problems with the app and sight for android phones or not but someone with me had an iPhone and it worked fine. My wife's android wasn't working either. But every person I spoke with did what they could to help me, even though I wasn't always the easiest to deal with due to being behind. I applaud all of them. Thank you!

COLIN HCesar and the new trainee were very helpful and went above and beyond to get me in the right vehicle and while training Cesar was still very thorough and informative while the trainee was very knowledgeable and understood. RODSHAD GI felt that the process could have been streamlined a little. The associate was professional and caring. The truck used 8.1 gallons of gas for 73 miles of driving. Thats 9 miles to the gallon.
Kenneth QCesar assisted me with the check-out and turn-in process. His customer service skills through the process were top notch which made for a refreshing experience.

Peter HOn-line was horrible with poor service connection at their location. Nobody at the location & they did not return my phone call. They LIE about the $19.95 rental as they also charge a environment fee, force you to pay for insurance and charge $1.19 for 50 miles before you start the engine. They pend the extra mileage to the charge card and have not responded to phone calls at this time to correct that. They also sent me invoices for 2 other trucks that I have nothing to do with. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE only impersonal on-line service! Truck had an engine light come on, but fortunately I had a very short distance back to the return location.

Lori HFirst of all the office Smell like cat pee. The guy name caesar castro is an absolute joke and scammer. We showed up and he urgently get our rental truck. But didn’t provide any detail on how to return your phone without a cell phone! Expect us to read the fine print about “late fee service” knowing our return time is after close. What a scammer, he knows exactly what he is doing to get extra money. lol Make sure to train your employees to be professional, make them read the important point contract , such give customers instruction how to return after hours, let the customer aware about late fee service, let the customers able to do return without a phone!!! You legally can’t expect people to carry their phone to do self check out online . And legally you can’t force customers to download your app to do self check out!!! Caesar castor is a Scam scam scam! Beware!
Diana HMy reservation was switched and the location was 30 minutes from the original location. It was really far in Puyallup then they didn’t have a dolly so I had to go to another location and pick up a dolly.
daniel kGreat Service. Full explanation of various optional charges instead of a pressure tactic I have experienced at other dealers. Plenty of safe parking for my car while I had the truck out for a few hours. I will definitely be back.

Clement DI needed to rent a van at another location but the previous renter was late bringing it back. When they did, the smell of the vehicle was absolutely unbearable. So I went through Trojan Storage and got a U Haul van from them twice in two weeks. They are great and everything was quick and easy. They don’t waste your time and are friendly and professional.
