We waited 20 minutes and there was no one to help do equipment return so we completed after hours process with photos only to have a guy show up and threaten that we would face charges for nit checking back with him. He was rude and nasty.Eric J.

This site is charging me for damages which was not made by us. They are also charging me for not putting in gas and than claim that they were robbed and someone stole gas from all their trucks. Very shady and will never go to them again. Did inspection of vehicle online and when I requested the photos taken during the inspection they could not provide.AAONE T.
He was awesome and made the day work when another location screwed up are reservation! Id rent from this location any day! I would not rent from the location near 144th and meridian!! They had horrible customer service! Like I said this location by Costco was great!Amber D.

I tried returning the truck with the same amount of gas, when I received the truck, a quarter tank. Upon returning the truck, I was told that I needed to put more gas than what was originally in the truck or I would be charged $30/gallon. The person helping me told me to go back to the gas station and put more gas in the truck - the truck ended up being filled up double than what i received it in, and the person who helped us didn't seem to care and told us he can't doing anything about it.Mike H.

Absolutely amazing, professional, friendly, personable, I love that the employee was also a veteran and was super easy to talk to when confused. Even went to explain the rates on storage units in case I needed one for my move. I might have my stuff transfered over to a unit there when I move again. The location that I dropped off at was ran by a F'N asshole. He treated me like an inconvenience and like I made him HAVE to work. For example, I called and asked if I could return my trailer to his store. He said yes but I might be penalized on my contract. I said well how can I be sure I won't be penalized? He replied that he can't see my contract and so how should he know? I said, well can't you see my contract? That's when he pulled up my contract and said thst I could return my trailer to his location. I don't appreciate being treated lik an inconvenience. This guy can go fuck himself. I won't be back. Basically be was an asshole that didn't want to do his job. Fuck him.Seth M.

It's very expensive the $19.99 looks cheap but 1.89a mile is so much! We only went about 25 miles and the charge for it was over 90$! For 23 hoir rental! Plus my so filled the tank up. I'm sure they won't give me credit for the $35.00 worth of gas we put in it.Celia M.

I'd clean your uhauls a bit better. Unfortunately I did have to sweep the back out prior to moving items. Staff was friendly and going online to reserve and return the unit was easy and straight forward. Overall I was happy with my experience.Colleen S.

My reservation for a large truck was cancelled because the truck was given to someone else. I had to use a smaller truck and then make multiple trips with my personal vehicle. If you allow for online reservations than you need to honor those reservations!STEPHANIE H.
Three times the truck was not available to pick up when and where it was supposed to be. Uhaul's incompetence cost me two days of work and about $150 in cab fare. It was an absolute nightmare renting this truck. I cannot say that I will never use Uhaul again, but it will definitely be my last resort and not my first optionDAVID A.

Apparently there's a shortage of trucks and communication, because the employee told us at 5:30PM on a Tuesday that the truck needed to be back on Wednesday at 9:30AM. Not "tomorrow" or "16 hours from now." After realizing this the next morning, we couldn't extend the rental more than a day, because it was already promised to someone else for a cross country trip. How does a national company like Uhaul only have 1 large uHaul available for the community to share?CASSANDRA D.

Your code verification on line didn't work. We were locked out of our account for trying to get through to many times. Then the key lock box wouldn't open. Thank heaven the attendant had a key. That all took an hour of our allotted time. You owe me an hour of my time. Then your prices have gotten ridiculous, for 6 hours and 79 miles it cost us way to much. We've done antique shoes for entire weekends and haven't been charged such outrageous fees. We will not be back.Don't blame this on the location. The blame goes to coperate for your idiotic on line system and your greed.John P.
Vehicle was covered in dead bugs and I was charged twice for the rental fee. They just stick you with something to sign now and don't give you an opportunity to go over the damages on the vehicle. You are now expected to go online and confirm there instead of in person.HANS A.

The gentleman that checked us in was awesome. It just so happened that it was his day off and there was a problem with my billing so he went into office and looked things up to see what was going on and they were trying to bill me for an extra day. He saved me around 60 dollars by taking time out of his day to rectify the situation. I can't thank him enough.David N.

One of the best service experiences and by far, the best Uhaul experiences I've ever had. At this location, it's people doing business with people. Very personable and knowledgeable. I made a mistake and had to change the truck on the fly. With an obvious smile behind his mask, he accommodated my curveball request and I was driving away in the truck I needed within 5 minutes. Max ratings to this guy all day long! He's right off the highway and neighbors with Costco so, if you're like me and remember at the last minute to refuel, you're 30 seconds away. Hey everyone!
