I was lucky that at the pick time there was a employee in the property and is a heavy trailer to pick up by hand but like I said we both did it and was not too difficult but when I drop it off there was no one on side I have to bring my floor jack to unhook it from my truck otherwise I won’t be able to do it by my self.

If you go here after the sun goes up/down its hard to find the pole where the keys are stored. Having never used a location without an office or person on-site, this was confusing. I didnt know I needed to use my phone to access the key box. Better directions are needed. The location itself was clean and well maintained. The truck had a large crack in the windshield is why I said said it was not cleaned/well maintained.
